Kathleen has a B.S. Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and an A.S. Degree in Early Childhood. She has also received my Early Childhood Certification from the RI Department of Education.
She have been teaching in the field of early childhood for 17 years. Her previous teaching experience includes pre-kindergarten/kindergarten/head teacher in both daycare and Catholic schools in both preschool and kindergarten. In addition, she has attended workshops that have covered topics regarding the early learning standards and the Bight Stars Program.
Besides teaching, her experience also includes supervising student teachers from the Community College of RI and co-workers in the director’s absence. She has also taught Catholic education classes at St. Clement Parish in Warwick.
She and her husband Jeff are now the proud parents to their four-month-old son Michael.
